K-ON! Done, and Vacation Over

I’ve been back for a week now from my vacation, and I’m just now getting back to blogging again… lag time for me, very sorry. Trying to get back in the swing of things. I was thinking about blogging here about my vacation and some of the dumb things that happened along the way, but that didn’t seem fitting, so I figured I would try to stay with the theme of this blog as much as possible. With this post I am going to add a K-ON! Photo gallery. Enjoy!
We finished K-ON! And I have to say, I absolutely loved it! Yui is by far my favorite character, with Azu-nyan (in the words of Yui) and Mio-chan not far behind. If you haven’t yet checked out this hilarious and awesome anime, I encourage you to do so! Ritsu was definitely another favorite (I really liked all the characters). Mugi was awesome, but all I felt I could concentrate on with her were her cool keyboarding skills, and her crazy eyebrows! Her eyebrows reminded me of the short anime series “FLCL” that I checked out a while back.Skipping back to Ritsu, I definitely had many good laughs with her, as she was the funny drummer that tended to drive people insane! I loved how everything she would do had something to do with drumming.
My All-time favorite though is definitely Yui, because in my mind she is most like me. We both have this kind of “airheaded” personality and both love to eat! Without giving away teasers for those that have not seen it yet, I think that the last episode almost had me in tears because I was so happy with the outcome! I definitely look forward to seeing if they make a second season. I am most likely going to check out the manga of this now that I have seen the anime, because I hear that it goes further in the “Yuri” department, and I find this interesting. K-ON! also reminds me of the days when we used to jam out on our instruments. Despite the fact that I don’t do a lot of “jamming”, I do enjoy when I do get into it, even if for short time spans. I have drums, but I think I miss my first guitar. My first guitar my mom actually had gotten me for my birthday one year, and I played it a lot. I’m just stuck between figuring out which instrument suits me best. So, for those of you who have seen and enjoyed K-ON!, What was your favorite part of the anime? Who was your favorite character, or a character you most identified with?

From the very beginning til the end it was Yui all the way for me ^_^ I’m a one woman kind of guy XD
It was Yui from the start and Yui to the end.

It shouldn’t have to fit your theme. It’s ur blog so feel free and blog whatever you want.

I have not read all part of the manga. But a fellow blogger in Orinetz told me that Mugi is more power-abusive and mugi vision is more common in the manga.
Over all I really like this anime series and somehow it sparked my interest in music (especially anisong). I suck at playing instrument myself, but at least I know how to program a computer to play them.

Orinetz~ Hmm, now you have definitely peaked my interest in the manga. And yes, I think using music programs on the computer are fun also. I also really liked your post about Yui and Ui, You definitely pay a lot of attention to detail.
Blowfish~ You haven’t seen it yet? Somehow that surprises me. And we will most likely do our next livefeed on my next day off work, I have to find out when that will be and we will post before it happens. Thank you for the enthusiasm, what do you think we should do for the livefeed?

I started out liking them all pretty equally and in the end I still like them all. Mio was my self-proclaimed favorite at first because she plays bass, but I found myself not really sliding one way or another. So yeah, they’re all good characters in my book. Ui is the perfect imouto and I wouldn’t mind a second season. I want to see them make it to Budoukan.
In the future, the most interesting and dynamic Nendoroid of these girls will get my favourite character vote.
but for now it’s mugimugi!!! ^^
I watched the first episode of K-on! For whatever reason, it just didn’t do it for me. I didn’t follow many of the anime this season, I have been keeping track of -Saki- though, that’s my kind of anime.
