Sonsaku Hakufu Figma
Many of you will know of Sonsaku Hakufu. She comes from the fighting/fanservice series Ikkitousen, or specifically in this case Ikkitousen: Great Guardians. I bought her from Hobby Search for the usual Figma price of 2,261 Yen. She’s surprisingly sold out at the time of writing this, so you might want to look elsewhere if you’re interested in getting her. This will be my third Ikkitousen Figma, along with Ryomou and Kanu. Expect a group beatdown in the near future. Read on for the full review and more pictures. Rated slightly NSFW for underboob and pantsu.
Hakufu comes with a total of 10 hands, 3 faces, and one extra battle damaged skirt, chest and set of breasts, as well as the mandatory Figma stand and bag. I rather like the fact that she (as do all the Ikkitousen girls) comes with 3 faces. One thing that impressed me was that they even included her sacred bead earring. Her faces include a normal face, fighting face and possessed by the dragon face. Her twin ahoge is flexible as are her bangs, but her hair in the back is in a fixed state. Her battle damage cast-off feature works pretty easily, but the lines where the pieces are interchangeable are quite noticeable. In fact, when in her battle damage mode the lines show even more. This could be a turn off for some people, but it’s to be expected with a figure of this sort. For some reason I’ve taken quite a liking to this figure even though she’s not my favorite Ikkitousen girl. She’s quite flexible and nothing really gets in the way of her ability to pose. The only complaint I could find is the obvious lines of the cast-off function. If you can forgive that she’s a great figure. Her hands are two open hands, two fisted hands, two hands for holding things, two choking hands and two battle stance hands.

Awesome. She’s my favourite from Ikkitousen. Funnily enough the original Ikkitousen is one of the animes that got me back into anime, if that makes sense. I actually screwed up when getting her, because I combined her order with alter Fate, and then Fate got delayed. So I just ordered another one, so in the end I’ll have 2 Hakufus when the other one turns up at end of month

Acesan – Ryomou is my personal favorite so far, but I’m still not finished with Dragon Destiny, I’m going to marathon the rest soon. That sucks about screwing up, but 2 Hakufus doesn’t sound like a bad deal. I’ll be doing a post with the three of them together soon ^^
Snark – I was disappointed in that as well, I don’t see any reason why she didn’t come with it.
Sonsaku Hakufu gets the Figma treatment. I dont know but dont like too much the damaged uniform (chest).

LOL the battle damage look is a bit funny. Being torn under the breasts to the tummy like that. It’s like a peek-a-boo hole.

I have followed Ikkitousen for sometime, I was never bothered by the fanservice. The story seems half way decent, it’s better than moe anime for me at least, I even collected a couple Sonsaku figures before! I still haven’t gotten around to watch GG yet, it’s just not on my top priority atm.
