Haruhi Suzumiya Figma

This is one of the oldest figures in my collection, and up until now I hadn’t done a review for her. I bought this Haruhi Suzumiya Figma well over a year ago from Kid Nemo, a store that I no longer buy from due to their inability to answer e-mails or notify when things go out of stock (such was the case back when I used to buy from them regularly, I’m not sure how they are now). I can’t even find the e-mail or anything saying how much I bought her for anymore. I’d assume around $30 at the time. Ok, on second look she sells at Kid Nemo for $44.99 (ouch). I had ordered Yuki as my first Figma ever, and shortly after Riiana wanted me to get Haruhi to go with her. Anyways I’m finally getting to my review, better late than never.

Haruhi comes with 11 hands, the basic standard Figma hands that all the older ones come with, and one extra with her yellow director’s cone in it. She also has 3 faces total, one normal face, one angry and one happy face, as well as 2 pairs of shoes, indoor and outdoor. Last of all, she has her director’s arm band that you can swap out with the brigade leader one. She’s quite flexible and easy to pose, in fact for being one of the first Figmas ever made she is actually very good quality-wise. With a little patience I had her posed without her Figma stand and she stayed that way until I took her down, even standing on one foot. There’s not much I can say about this Figma really, it’s old and common, and along with Yuki it was what got me into Figmas. I love being able to pose a figure, and change how it looks regularly.

So there you have it, a figure well over a year old, finally reviewed. I mostly did this just for completion sake, because I had always planned on reviewing her. Aside from that I never really got very many pictures of her. For my next figure review I’ll be finally getting to Nendoroid Raspberyl, though she’s at least only about a month old.
