Last Month’s Loot

Yo! It’s been a little over a week, and let me tell you, I’ve got plenty to post about in the coming weeks. I’ve kinda got addicted to another game, and for once it’s not an MMORPG, yay! It’s actually a Japanese MMO you’ve probably heard of before, called Busou Shinki Battle Rondo. Well, I heard about it a couple years ago and for some reason never looked into it much, and completely forgot about it. Thanks to Blowfish, I was reminded of it’s existence and decided to finally give it a try. I got sucked in, fast. So now that I’m addicted to Busou Shinki’s and the game they’re in, expect to see many more in the future. My interest in Figmas has been slowly dissipating, and I’m not too happy with GoodSmile Company for their ninja tactics with the K-On Figmas and Nendos. I’ve got Yui Hirasawa Figma on the way right now, but that’s most likely the only one I’ll be getting. I’m not so into it that I’ll sit there and click the refresh button to acquire a figure that gets announced a week before release and then sells out in five minutes. Well, if you’re interested in seeing just what I’ve acquired last month that didn’t get reviewed, keep reading.
First off, seeing as how I’ve seen both seasons of Queen’s Blade, and more than once each, and am now following the story of Queen’s Blade Rebellion as it unfolds, it’s only natural that I jump on this awesome deal at AmiAmi. This is my first scaled Queen’s Blade figure and I’m quite proud to say she also comes with the Huit and Vingt book. Lovely book and figure and I’ll be reviewing them soon.
6th Nendoroid in my collection get! I know, my Nendo (not including petit) collection is small, but I really do love them. Chiaki was a must get, as she’s my favorite character in the Minami-ke series. Hopefully we’ll see her sisters in Nendo form soon. I’ve got a couple Nendo’s pre-ordered as well but I’ll save that for another day.
And now we get to the Busou Shinki section. I really like these, despite their appearance. I’ll be doing a Busou Shinki post soon to talk about the game and such because I think it deserves it’s own post. It only took me two days of playing Battle Rondo before I ordered these three. I’m loving them in figure form and game form, and not in a sick way you pervs. Valona and Tsugaru for me and Tigris for my wife, yup, even she plays.
Well that’s all for this post, I’ll be reviewing all of these soon, and there’s more stuff on the way this month. Also I need to renew my domain name and stuff this month, so yeah, that means I’m not going anywhere soon. Too bad haters, I’m gonna keep going until I feel like quitting, being told this blog sucks and is pointless is pointless. I like my blog, rawr. This is Persocom, signing out.

Chiaki Nendo!! CUUUUTE >w<. Heheh would like to fight ya in BSR but in your previous comment, is it true Espadia and lacamentio are not really out yet, cause there the only ones I got from my local store.

Gunstray – Yes, Espadia and Lacamentio are not implemented into the actual game, only in Diorama Studio at the moment. However you could always give the game a shot with the default main character Fubuki, though she’s a ninja and far from mecha-like. If they release the two you own I’ll be sure to let you know as soon as it happens ^^
Congratulation for your new QB figure! This Yui is small! but truly magnificent! And the visual book alongside with her is very beautiful.
You have an idea which other QB figure you’ll decide to obtain next ?

Lylibellule – I would love to get the MegaHouse Risty for my wife. I have Rebellion Ymir pre-ordered, and I plan to get some of the Revoltechs soon as well.

I gotta say my interest in Figma has also worn off. I’m actually thinking of selling some of mine. Never really pose/play with them and they’re not as nice to just display as scaled figures…

I got some Haruhi prize figures for my loot last night and I’m REALLY happy with them. Prize Figures are great these days.

anon.object – I’m still planning on getting some Figma, but I’m not obsessed with them like I used to be. The quality of scaled figures has been rising quite a bit, and I’m also now willing to spend more money on them because of it.
lovelyduckie – I might try my hand at prize figures, there’s been a few I’ve been interested in before.
Didn’t know you got into Busou Shinki that quickly o_o Btw are the ones you got the pair set that you can combine or something like that?

Q – I guess I have a hidden love for mecha somewhere in me ^^ No the ones I have aren’t a pair you can combine, but Tigris is combinable with Vitulus, I just couldn’t get Vitulus because she wasn’t in stock at AmiAmi. Will most likely get her in the near future.
I have Yuit figure and just found out that a Vante figure is also coming out. I guess I will need to get that one as well since they are a pair.
The Busou Shinki look interesting. Might be something I have to keep in mind for later.
